Does the app need an internet connection?
The planned licensed release needs internet once to activate your purchase. Day-to-day member management, payments, attendance and reports work offline. Opening WhatsApp needs internet.
Is it really a one-time purchase?
The lifetime license is intended for the purchased desktop version, for one gym on one computer. There is no recurring app subscription. The launch price and final purchase terms will be shown before checkout opens.
What if I replace my computer?
You’ll be able to request a license transfer through support and activate the replacement online. Restore your gym records from a backup saved on another drive. A license transfer does not recover files from a broken computer.
Can I bring my existing member list?
Yes. Import a CSV file, map your columns and review validation results before adding members. If your list is in Excel, save it as CSV first.
Does attendance need a scanner or biometric device?
No. Reception searches by name, phone number or member ID, then clicks Check in. The app verifies membership status and prevents duplicate check-ins that day.
Where is my gym’s data stored?
In a local database on your computer. Your member list and daily gym records are not sent to the licensing service. Save backups to a separate drive regularly.
Which computers will it support?
The desktop builds target Windows 10/11 on 64-bit Intel or AMD computers, and macOS on Apple Silicon. The commercial installers will be released after activation integration and final installation checks.
